2) Ongoing training is carried out using E-learning. these are certi
fied courses from a certified provider-Flexebee Spectrum House,
Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, RH6 0LG.

We have had to remove staff from roles due to an inability to perf
orm the role and a lack of competency.
We advertise on several platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn, Health Jobs
4U, Facebook.
Staff retention is not an issue for us as our terms and conditions a
re significantly better than the norm.
