Medication

Trust our staff to pick up your prescriptions and medication on a weekly basis. All medication will be recorded within our care notes and all checks will be made to ensure the correct medication is collected from your chosen pharmacy.

During the initial assessment, any medication which you require the assistance of a care worker to take will be recorded within the Care Notes, and a check will be made to ensure that it is properly authorised We also will arrange to collect and deliver all medication requirements ensuring that you remain with your chosen pharmacy
